As a father, I feel the concern and apprehension of watching your child embark on solo travel adventures. When Krizia first expressed her desire to explore the world independently, my wife and I were filled with a mix of fear (terror!), anxiety, and excitement. Plus, what about the cost? However, thanks to modern technology, we could stay in constant contact with her, tracking her movements and ensuring her safety every step of the way. Mind you, we were always ready to fly to where she was, if necessary!

It was during this time that I realized the importance of sharing her travel experiences with other concerned parents like myself, to would-be travelers, be it son or daughter, and others who just want to learn about her journeys. Thus, this blog was born. Here, I aim to provide a glimpse into my daughter’s journeys, showcasing the beauty of solo travel while offering reassurance to parents everywhere that their daughters can explore the world safely and affordably. She has grown in her perspective of the world, the people, and the different cultures. She has matured in her outlook.
